Instructions
- 1.Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- 2.In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
- 3.Cut the boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Let them soak for at least 15 minutes for maximum flavor.
- 4.After marinating, remove the chicken pieces and toss them in cornstarch until well coated. This will give them a crispy texture when air-fried.
