Ingredients

  • 🥕Finely chopped cabbage(1 cup)
  • 🌶️Finely chopped bell pepper(1/2 cup)
  • 🧅Finely chopped onion(1/2 cup)
  • 🥔Grated carrot(1/2 cup)
  • 🌿Chopped green onions(1/4 cup)
  • 🍚Rice flour(1/2 cup)
  • 🌾All-purpose flour(1/4 cup)
  • 🥚Egg(1)
  • 🧂Salt(to taste)
  • 🌶️Red chili powder(1 tsp)
  • 🧄Garlic paste(1 tsp)
  • 🍯Soy sauce(2 tbsp)
  • 🍯Chili sauce(1 tbsp)
  • 🌿Cornstarch(1 tbsp)
  • 🧂Black pepper(to taste)

Instructions

  1. 1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, bell pepper, onion, grated carrot, and green onions.
  2. 2.Add the rice flour, all-purpose flour, egg, salt, red chili powder, garlic paste, soy sauce, chili sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper to the vegetables. Mix well until everything is combined into a thick batter.
  3. 3.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. 4.Shape the mixture into small balls or patties, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. 5.Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
  6. 6.Place the Manchurian balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
