- 🍯Soy sauce(2 tbsp)
- 🍯Chili sauce(1 tbsp)
- 🌿Cornstarch(1 tbsp)

Instructions
- 1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, bell pepper, onion, grated carrot, and green onions.
- 2.Add the rice flour, all-purpose flour, egg, salt, red chili powder, garlic paste, soy sauce, chili sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper to the vegetables. Mix well until everything is combined into a thick batter.
- 3.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- 4.Shape the mixture into small balls or patties, about 1 inch in diameter.
- 5.Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
- 6.Place the Manchurian balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- 7.Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 8.Once done, remove from the air fryer and serve hot with extra chili sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
