Ingredients

  • 🥜Peanut Butter(1 cup)
  • 🌴Pitted Dates(1 cup)
  • 🥄Vanilla Extract(1 tsp)
  • 🧂Baking Soda(1/2 tsp)
  • 🧂Salt(1/4 tsp)
  • 🍳Egg(1 large)
  • 🌾Almond Flour(1/2 cup)

Instructions

  1. 1.In a food processor, blend the pitted dates until they form a paste.
  2. 2.Add the peanut butter, vanilla extract, egg, baking soda, and salt to the date paste. Blend until well combined.
  3. 3.Gradually mix in the almond flour until a dough forms.
  4. 4.Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  5. 5.Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Place them on a piece of parchment paper.
