Ingredients

  • 🥚Eggs(4 large)
  • 🧂Salt(1/4 teaspoon)
  • 🌶️Black Pepper(1/4 teaspoon)
  • 🧈Butter(1 tablespoon)
  • 🧀Cheddar Cheese (optional)(1/4 cup, shredded)
  • 🌿Chives (optional)(1 tablespoon, chopped)

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2.In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well combined.
  3. 3.Add salt and black pepper to the eggs and mix well.
  4. 4.If using, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped chives for added flavor.
  5. 5.Grease a small, oven-safe dish or ramekin with butter and pour the egg mixture into it.
  6. 6.Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  7. 7.Once the eggs are fluffy and cooked to your liking, carefully remove the dish from the air fryer.
