- 🥄Baking soda(1 teaspoon)

Instructions
- 1.Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- 2.In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- 3.Add the eggs, melted butter, honey (or maple syrup), and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix well until combined.
- 4.In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- 5.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
- 6.Fold in the chopped walnuts or pecans if using.
- 7.Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe loaf pan.
- 8.Place the loaf pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- 9.Once done, carefully remove the loaf pan from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
