  • 🥚Eggs(2)
  • 🧂Salt(1/2 teaspoon)
  • 🍯Honey or maple syrup(1/3 cup)
  • 🧈Melted butter(1/4 cup)
  • 🌾All-purpose flour(1 1/2 cups)
  • 🥄Baking soda(1 teaspoon)
  • 🌰Chopped walnuts or pecans(1/2 cup (optional))
  • 🌿Cinnamon(1 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. 2.In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. 3.Add the eggs, melted butter, honey (or maple syrup), and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix well until combined.
  4. 4.In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  5. 5.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
  6. 6.Fold in the chopped walnuts or pecans if using.
  7. 7.Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe loaf pan.
