Instructions
- 1.Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- 2.In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- 3.In a baking dish that fits your air fryer, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
- 4.Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, half of the spinach, half of the zucchini, and a layer of marinara sauce.
- 5.Repeat the layers: 3 more noodles, the remaining ricotta mixture, the rest of the spinach, zucchini, and more marinara sauce.
- 6.Top with the final 3 lasagna noodles, the remaining marinara sauce, and the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
- 7.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to prevent burning.
- 8.Air fry for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and air fry for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- 9.Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
