Crispy Air Fryer Vegetarian Lasagna Delight

Ingredients
- 🍝Lasagna noodles(9 sheets)
- 🧀Ricotta cheese(15 oz)
- 🧀Mozzarella cheese(2 cups, shredded)
- 🧀Parmesan cheese(1/2 cup, grated)
- 🍅Marinara sauce(2 cups)
- 🥦Spinach(2 cups, fresh)
- 🍆Zucchini(1, sliced)
- 🌶️Bell pepper(1, diced)
- 🧄Garlic(2 cloves, minced)
- 🌿Italian seasoning(1 tsp)
- 🧂Salt(to taste)
- 🌶️Black pepper(to taste)
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- 2.In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- 3.In a separate bowl, mix the marinara sauce with the diced bell pepper and sliced zucchini.
- 4.Spread a thin layer of the marinara mixture at the bottom of the air fryer basket.
- 5.Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, half of the spinach, and a layer of marinara sauce.
- 6.Repeat the layers: noodles, remaining ricotta mixture, remaining spinach, and more marinara sauce.
- 7.Top with the last 3 lasagna noodles, the remaining marinara sauce, and the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
- 8.Cover the air fryer basket with aluminum foil to prevent burning and cook for 15 minutes.
- 9.After 15 minutes, remove the foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- 10.Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
