Ingredients

  • 🍝Lasagna noodles(9 sheets)
  • 🍅Marinara sauce(2 cups)
  • 🧀Ricotta cheese(1 cup)
  • 🧀Mozzarella cheese(1 cup, shredded)
  • 🥬Spinach(2 cups, fresh)
  • 🥕Zucchini(1 medium, sliced)
  • 🧄Garlic(2 cloves, minced)
  • 🌿Italian seasoning(1 tsp)
  • 🧂Salt(to taste)
  • 🌶️Black pepper(to taste)

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2.In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  3. 3.Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the air fryer basket.
  4. 4.Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, half of the spinach, half of the zucchini slices, and a third of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. 5.Repeat the layers: add another layer of marinara sauce, 3 more lasagna noodles, the remaining ricotta mixture, the rest of the spinach, zucchini, and another third of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. 6.Top with the final 3 lasagna noodles, the remaining marinara sauce, and the last of the mozzarella cheese.
  7. 7.Cover the air fryer basket with aluminum foil to prevent the cheese from burning.
  8. 8.Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
