Crispy Air Fryer Vegetarian Lasagna

Ingredients
- 🍝Lasagna noodles(9 sheets)
- 🍅Marinara sauce(2 cups)
- 🧀Ricotta cheese(1 cup)
- 🧀Mozzarella cheese(1 cup, shredded)
- 🥬Spinach(2 cups, fresh)
- 🥕Zucchini(1 medium, sliced)
- 🧄Garlic(2 cloves, minced)
- 🌿Italian seasoning(1 tsp)
- 🧂Salt(to taste)
- 🌶️Black pepper(to taste)
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- 2.In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- 3.Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the air fryer basket.
- 4.Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, half of the spinach, half of the zucchini slices, and a third of the mozzarella cheese.
- 5.Repeat the layers: add another layer of marinara sauce, 3 more lasagna noodles, the remaining ricotta mixture, the rest of the spinach, zucchini, and another third of the mozzarella cheese.
- 6.Top with the final 3 lasagna noodles, the remaining marinara sauce, and the last of the mozzarella cheese.
- 7.Cover the air fryer basket with aluminum foil to prevent the cheese from burning.
- 8.Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- 9.Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
