Crispy Air Fryer Lasagne Delight

Ingredients
- 🍝Lasagne noodles(9 sheets)
- 🍖Ground beef(1 pound)
- 🧅Onion, chopped(1 medium)
- 🧄Garlic, minced(2 cloves)
- 🍅Marinara sauce(2 cups)
- 🥛Ricotta cheese(1 cup)
- 🧀Mozzarella cheese, shredded(2 cups)
- 🧂Salt(to taste)
- 🌿Italian seasoning(1 teaspoon)
- 🧂Black pepper(to taste)
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- 2.In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3.Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- 4.Stir in the marinara sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 5.In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
- 6.To assemble, spread a thin layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of a baking dish that fits in your air fryer. Layer 3 lasagne noodles on top, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, a third of the mozzarella, and a layer of meat sauce. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and the remaining meat sauce on top. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
- 7.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes.
- 8.After 15 minutes, remove the foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- 9.Let the lasagne cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
