Crispy Air Fryer Lasagna Bolognese

Ingredients
- 🍝Lasagna noodles(9 sheets)
- 🍖Ground beef(1 pound)
- 🧅Onion, chopped(1 medium)
- 🧄Garlic, minced(3 cloves)
- 🍅Crushed tomatoes(28 ounces)
- 🌿Dried oregano(1 teaspoon)
- 🌿Dried basil(1 teaspoon)
- 🧂Salt(to taste)
- 🌶️Black pepper(to taste)
- 🧀Ricotta cheese(15 ounces)
- 🧀Mozzarella cheese, shredded(2 cups)
- 🧀Parmesan cheese, grated(1/2 cup)
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- 2.In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3.Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4.Stir in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 5.In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
- 6.To assemble the lasagna, spread a thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom of the air fryer basket. Layer 3 lasagna noodles on top, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, a third of the mozzarella, and a layer of meat sauce. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, meat sauce, and the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- 7.Carefully place the assembled lasagna in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- 8.Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
