Ingredients

- 🌶️Black pepper(to taste)
- 🌿Fresh thyme(1 tsp, chopped (optional))
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- 2.Peel and thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline or sharp knife. Aim for about 1/8 inch thick slices for even cooking.
- 3.In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and fresh thyme (if using). Stir well to combine.
- 4.In a greased air fryer-safe baking dish, layer half of the potato slices, slightly overlapping them.
- 5.Pour half of the cream mixture over the first layer of potatoes, then sprinkle half of the Gruyère and Parmesan cheese on top.
- 6.Repeat the layering process with the remaining potatoes, cream mixture, and cheeses.
- 7.Cover the dish with aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning during the first part of cooking.
- 8.Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes.
- 9.After 20 minutes, carefully remove the foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
- 10.Remove from the air fryer and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
