- 🥦Brussels Sprouts(1 lb, trimmed and halved)
- 🧂Olive Oil(2 tablespoons)
- 🧀Parmesan Cheese(1/4 cup, grated)
- 🌿Salt(to taste)
- 🌶️Black Pepper(to taste)
- 🌶️Red Pepper Flakes(optional, to taste)
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- 2.In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss until the sprouts are well coated.
- 3.Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
