Ingredients

  • 🥚Eggs(6 large)
  • 🧂Salt(1/2 teaspoon)
  • 🧄Garlic powder(1/4 teaspoon)
  • 🌶️Paprika(1/2 teaspoon)
  • 🧀Mayonnaise(3 tablespoons)
  • 🌿Dijon mustard(1 teaspoon)
  • 🌶️Hot sauce(to taste)
  • 🌱Chives(for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2.Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let them sit for 12 minutes.
  3. 3.Once cooked, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4.Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  5. 5.Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and hot sauce to the yolks. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  6. 6.Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. 7.Sprinkle paprika on top for color and flavor.
  8. 8.Place the filled eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-6 minutes until the tops are slightly crispy.
  9. 9.Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped chives before serving.
