Ingredients

  • 🥚Eggs(6 large)
  • 🧂Salt(1/2 teaspoon)
  • 🧄Garlic powder(1/4 teaspoon)
  • 🌶️Paprika(1/2 teaspoon)
  • 🧀Mayonnaise(3 tablespoons)
  • 🌿Dijon mustard(1 teaspoon)
  • 🌶️Hot sauce(to taste)
  • 🌱Chives(for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (132°C).
  2. 2.Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes.
  3. 3.Once the cooking time is up, carefully transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4.Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  5. 5.Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and hot sauce to the yolks. Mash together until smooth and creamy.
