Crispy Air Fryer Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 🥚Eggs(6 large)
  • 🧂Salt(1/2 teaspoon)
  • 🧄Garlic powder(1/4 teaspoon)
  • 🌶️Paprika(1/2 teaspoon)
  • 🧄Mayonnaise(3 tablespoons)
  • 🌿Dijon mustard(1 teaspoon)
  • 🌿Fresh chives(for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2.Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let them sit for 12 minutes.
  3. 3.After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes.
  4. 4.Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  5. 5.Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
  6. 6.Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. 7.Place the filled eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until the tops are slightly crispy.
  8. 8.Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh chives, and sprinkle with additional paprika if desired.
