Ingredients

  • 🥚Large Eggs(6)
  • 🧂Salt(1/2 teaspoon)
  • 🧄Garlic Powder(1/4 teaspoon)
  • 🌶️Paprika(1/2 teaspoon)
  • 🧄Mayonnaise(3 tablespoons)
  • 🍋Lemon Juice(1 teaspoon)
  • 🌿Chives(1 tablespoon, chopped)

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2.Place the eggs in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  3. 3.After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes.
  4. 4.Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  5. 5.Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, and paprika to the yolks. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  6. 6.Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. 7.Place the filled eggs in the air fryer basket and air fry for 5-7 minutes until the tops are slightly crispy.
  8. 8.Remove from the air fryer, sprinkle with chopped chives, and a dash of paprika for garnish.
