Ingredients

  • 🍗Chicken breast(1 lb)
  • 🧂Salt(1 tsp)
  • 🌶️Black pepper(1/2 tsp)
  • 🧄Garlic powder(1 tsp)
  • 🧅Onion powder(1 tsp)
  • 🥚Egg(1)
  • 🍞Breadcrumbs(1 cup)
  • 🧈Olive oil spray(as needed)

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2.In a bowl, season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. 3.In a separate bowl, beat the egg until well mixed.
  4. 4.Dip each seasoned chicken tender into the egg, allowing any excess to drip off.
  5. 5.Next, coat the chicken in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure they stick well.
