Ingredients

  • 🍗Chicken Breast(1 lb)
  • 🍜Egg Noodles(2 cups)
  • 🥕Carrots(1 cup, diced)
  • 🌿Celery(1 cup, diced)
  • 🧅Onion(1 medium, chopped)
  • 🧄Garlic(3 cloves, minced)
  • 🌱Thyme(1 tsp, dried)
  • 🧂Salt(to taste)
  • 🌶️Pepper(to taste)
  • 🥣Chicken Broth(4 cups)
  • 🌽Corn(1 cup, optional)
  • 🥬Spinach(2 cups, optional)

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2.In a bowl, season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and thyme. Place it in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
  3. 3.While the chicken is cooking, boil the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. 4.Once the chicken is done, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before shredding it into bite-sized pieces.
  5. 5.In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, diced carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
