Ingredients

  • 🧂Salt(1/2 teaspoon)
  • 🧄Garlic powder(1/4 teaspoon)
  • 🌶️Paprika(1/2 teaspoon)
  • 🧄Mayonnaise(3 tablespoons)
  • 🌿Dijon mustard(1 teaspoon)
  • 🌶️Hot sauce (optional)(a few dashes)
  • 🌿Chives or parsley (for garnish)(to taste)

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (132°C).
  2. 2.Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
  3. 3.Once the cooking time is up, carefully transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4.Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
